Any vegetable can be cut into thin slices and strands. Features one stainless steel flat blade for making vegetable slices of varied thicknesses, three different stainless steel toothed blades; coarse, medium and fine for making stranded, chipped or chopped vegetables. Plus a clear plastic finger guard as a safety device when slicing small vegetables. Height of the plate is adjustable for different vegetable thicknesses. Try using the slicer for making stranded and sliced cheese. Comes with tray.
