Multi-Purpose Cast Iron Pan 12" with Lid by Iwachu

This Iwachu cast iron multi-purpose pan is 12 inches in diameter (31 centimeters), 13.6 lbs. (6.2 kilograms)

To properly season your cast iron steak tray:

First, use high heat warming a small amount of oil in it. Remove from flame and wipe the oil out.
Clean the pan with hot water and heat it to dry.
Add a small amount of oil after it is dry.
Spread the oil around it to form a thin film.
Store in a dry place. Do not expose it to salt.
